In a free 15-minute consultation, clients will have the opportunity to describe their or their child's unique challenges and to learn more about how coaching can help them. After the initial consultation, appointments can take place virtually or over the phone. Appointments range from 30 to 60 minutes in length. Clients who are highly impacted by executive function and/or learning challenges typically benefit from weekly, hourly sessions.
